The Cage Fitness regular classes have launched at the Ottawa location and the feedback has been tremendous!
Cage Fitness is a brand new 30 minute action packed workout designed by 9 time UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes and elite fitness guru Kai Fusser. Kai Fusser is the trainer to many top athletes such as Annika Sorenstam, Grant Hill, Darin Shapiro and many others.
The workout consists of 5 – 5 minute rounds (just like a UFC championship match) and is a very unique combination of cardio and strength training. This makes for a very impressive power training session that is not only fun but very accessible to just about everyone.
Now here is fair warning: At full intensity, Cage Fitness workouts easily become the toughest 30 minutes you have ever experienced. The good news is that it is scalable so pace yourself the first few times you try a class!
